About this opportunity
Numun Fund's Seed, Grow & Sustain 3.0 is a two-year, core and flexible grant programme for collective feminist technology organising. The fund will allocate USD 1.75 million, with grants at three levels: Seed (USD 10,000–20,000), Grow (USD 20,000–50,000) and Sustain (USD 50,000–100,000). Eligible work must place feminist technology at the centre of activism, advocacy or social change and be led by affected communities.
Who should consider it
Open to legally registered or unregistered initiatives, collectives, groups and organisations of at least two people. Applicants must be women-led in all their diversity, community-led, focused on feminist technology and connected to historically marginalised communities. Eligible regions include West, Central, East and Southern Africa, plus other Larger Majority World regions. Individuals, detached academic research, political/religious dependants, commercial tech providers without movement links and isolated tech projects are not supported.
