C3 EmpowerHer Program 2026 for Women-Centered Climate Resilience Startups

Overview C3 EmpowerHer 2026 is a six-month climate resilience accelerator for early-stage ventures that are women-led or primarily benefit women across the Middle East and North Africa. The programme is delivered by C3 - Companies Creating Change and funded by the Resilient Futures Fund. Benefits and support A total of 30 startups will be selected. All selected ventures receive structured support through workshops, mentorship, diagnostics, expert guidance, investor and ecosystem access, and business development support. The top 10 startups share USD 150,000 in catalytic grant funding, with up to USD 20,000 available per startup for pilots and impact activities. Programme format The programme runs from October 2026 through a Demo Day in Q2 2027. It includes 8-12 virtual workshops across core business and climate modules, tailored expert support, strategic advisory, pilot design support for top ventures, and an in-person Demo Day in Egypt for the top 10. Who it is for This is for climate resilience ventures, not general sustainability ideas. Strong applicants should show how their solution helps people, communities, businesses, or ecosystems adapt to climate impacts such as water insecurity, food system stress, heat, flooding, infrastructure vulnerability, livelihoods, or climate finance gaps.
